Digital ecosystem for legal hemp franchising with integrated dropshipping management

Mari Jane is an Italian brand that has been distributing and marketing 100% legal hemp products since 2016, with a network of franchised affiliate shops spread across the country. This ambitious project, in a young and rapidly growing market, required a structured, scalable digital presence capable of supporting the expansion of the affiliate network.

The project developed by Viva Digital goes far beyond the creation of a single website. We built the brand's entire digital ecosystem, from the main franchise website to the creation and management of e-commerce sites for each affiliated shop, with a dropshipping system synchronized in real time with the central warehouse for automatic order and shipping management.

Completing the system is a multichannel social media marketing strategy designed to promote affiliate shops, increase online sales, and build a recognizable presence in a sector still underserved by digital communication.
