When this happened on my S60 the fuse was at the drivers side of the dash so went there on the V70 not fuse found for 12V or cigar lighter checked all there and all good, same in the fuse box under the bonnet and the same on the fuse box near the nearside tail light, so is there yet another fuse box that I don't know about
