As far as balance goes, you just want to make sure that the average HP of all lines are somewhat equal

The difference between raw and graded is your potential upside, but you need to subtract grading fees, shipping, and the time it takes to get the card back before you know if its actually worth it

From what I've heard, they cut open the card savers when taking the card out so pull tabs aren't necessary for PSA
