It's nice if you are built around death triggers of something, like a Commander or such, but otherwise feels too limited, hence it hitting here
The small set would be drafted with each large set, but the two large sets would never be drafted together
Otherwise, what you get are all foil cards in a fairly traditional rarity split: 5 at Rare or higher, 4 Uncommon, 5 Common and 1 Land
When Tamatoa hits the field, you get two of those cards back
Imagine Hydroid Krasis, but instead of lifegain, you get vigilance, flash, and an extra +1/+1 counter and card draw whenever opponents search their library
