This deck has been play tested and is strong, not to mention a ton of fun to play!
It more than makes up for its mana cost if youre doing any of these things
When this creature enters or dies, put a +1/+1 counter on target creature you control
The only sucky thing about this process is that I can only apply it on Grass, Fire, Water and Lightning Pokmon, since those are the only Original- and Neo-style cards which are part of the First Partner Pack release
