The list only includes cards from the first few sets, making the most expensive MTG cards also some of its oldest, printed way back in Alpha
Getting the best two cards out of five is so much stronger than a random two that I struggle to articulate it
There was also Spark of Creativity in the same set, but while a fun concept, it didnt do much
Limited Number of Uses This drawback usually has the card enter with a certain number of counters with each use requiring the removal of a counter
and then Lightning Bolt will get you to Speed 2, but another Lightning Bolt won't get you to Speed 3 on the same turn
